Who this site is for

This site is for coaches, league directors and other adults. It does not collect data from children, and the waitlist is not intended for anyone under 18.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• Your email address
• Your role, team type, format and state
• What you use today, if you tell us
• When you agreed to receive email, and the link or campaign that brought you here

To limit abuse, we also keep a short-lived, one-way hash of your IP address. We don't store the IP address itself, and we don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To send you product updates and early access to FlagTeamHQ, and to understand which teams to build for first.

Who processes it

• Vercel, which hosts this site
• Neon, which hosts the waitlist database
• Resend, which sends our emails
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that sign-ups come from people, not bots

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, email hello@flagteamhq.com from the address you signed up with.
